"I find it very useful to have found an online tyre supplier that uses a local fitment centre that are open on Saturdays, so sites take you through the ordering process only to find upon selection of fitment centre the only local ones are closed at weekends.
I also like the fact that you offer a good range of quality tyres that are actually in stock and available at my local fitment centre, no guessing whether a lesser known brand may be suitable. Coupled with an easy to use website and simple ordering it is a pleasure to use bestbuytyres.com, and it is a pleasure to be a returning customer.
Having tried other sites, I believe you are up there with the best, and definitely surpass Tyre Shopper with whom I am currently waiting a refund for a tyre ordered from their site, but which they knew wasn't available for order!

"Hi,what a fantastic service and a fantastic company. I only ordered 4 Pirelli tyres yesterday, today they are on my car!!!!! I saved more than £200 in comparison to all your competitors and believe me I have had 3 weeks of nightmare from other competitiors to include one company sending 16" instead of 18", another sending scorpian instead of powergy and another sending 97H instead of 97W. All wrong and all three from different companies!!! That's why I had to write and say what FANTASTIC service from you guys. A brilliant job and the guys are Savoy Tyres Beverley were second to nonw. "Your Chester-Le-Street depot fitted 3 Bridgestone tyres to my car in May 2008, on that occasion the staff were very good.
On the 3rd July the front spring of my car broke, the spring penetrated the tyre slashing the side wall. I returned to the depot and explained the situation to Mr Chris Mason, he was extremely helpful and told me how and even showed me where the spring would have broke and how the damage occured. Mr Mason was very curteous and friendly.I will recomend this depot to my friends and relations.

"Firstly I'd like to commend your service. I previously bought tyres from 'MyTyres', these were delivered and then I had them fitted at a local 'Budget' for around £10 a tyre. This was the first time I had used your service and was a little sceptical at paying the full amount upfront but took the chance and am very pleased I did.
The tyres I ordered (Pirelli P6000) were the tyres I was looking to order and the cost was very competitive, next best price was Black Circles but without the fitting and doing this myself was more time, hassle and expense. So your service was ideal, garage were expecting me on the day I had booked, the tyres were there and were fitted without any problems and just a signature was required at the end.
Overall I was more than impressed with your service and as a result I have already recommended you to friends and family and will be a returning customer if your service stays at least the same and prices as competitive.

"Excellent service - quick, courteous and professional. The tyres I wanted were hard to find elsewhere (I had several promises and failures to deliver) - BBT got them delivered to the fitters ahead of schedule, at the lowest price around! Purley Tyres did a quick and very professional job fitting them, plus a free wheel alignment check (after noticing uneven wear on the old tyres). I was very pleased to finally meet real professionals who take pride in their jobs and treat customers right - not seen too often these days!"

"Just a quick note to say 'well done' to you at Bestbuytyres and to Ashley at Motortrend Tyres in Wetherby. Having had a problem with a tyre, I called at Motortrend and was advised that if I completed the internet order Ashley could get the tyres on site within the hour.
This I did and returned a couple of hours later, at my convenience, the tyres were fitted. The documentation was cleared immediately.

"Last week I made an online order for a new tyre for my daughter's car and arranged for it to be fitted yesterday.
At the fitting centre I was greeted with courtesy and I was soon on my way.
It was only later in the day that I could not recall having paid for the tyre.
I e-mailed your sales team last night and, first thing this morning, I received a prompt and very polite message from Jenny Davies (your Website Co-ordinator) informing me that I had made payment upon placing the order.
The order confirmation e-mail shows the price, but doesn't actually say that it has been paid. I suppose it could be argued that the customer should know whether or not he/she has paid, but sometimes these things get forgotten.
Only a suggestion, but perhaps you could consider adding text to the message saying that the order has been paid.
In the meantime, full marks to Jenny for her clear sense of customer care.

You quoted me £980 and they were fitted this morning just around the corner in about an hour.
The process was simple and reliable.
The service from Hi-Q who fitted the tyres was also great and everyone simply did what they promised. So rare these days.
