Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer only open to UK residents aged 17 years and over.

2. Offer excludes all employees, and their families, of BestBuyTyres, Pirelli Tyres Limited or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.

3. Only one Pirelli Trolley Bag claim per household.

4. Offer entitles customers to claim one Pirelli Trolley Bag when they purchase four Pirelli Tyres in one transaction (please consult your car manual for recommended tyre size) on bestbuytyres.co.uk.

5. Offer excludes fleet and trade purchases.

6. Offer valid from 1st June 2008 until 31st July 2008 inclusive.

7. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits items or additions. No cash alternative is offered.

8. All prizes will be received 28 days following confirmation of the delivery address.

9. Any tax liability arising from the winning of a prize will be the responsibility of the winner.

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if circumstances make this unavoidable. Any amendments will be published on the website.

11. The entrant is responsible for deciding whether or not to accept the prize offered and for taking into account any risk or consequence involved in acceptance. The Promoter is not liable for any costs exceeding those of the prize itself.

12. Pirelli Tyres Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotion at any stage in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.

13. Full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry. Entry shall be deemed to constitute such acceptance.

14. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
